DVD replication refers to pressed or manufactured DVDs. First a Glass Master is produced from your supplied DVD/DLT master, then we create a metal stamper that we use to actually press the DVDs.

For replication projects, the first thing we do is a “bit test” on your supplied master to make sure that there are no errors. Your supplied master might very well play in your DVD player but can contain errors which will be detected during this test.

Generally this approach is adopted for high volumes but recommended for all replication projects.
